Career background:
Post-college, joined a consulting firm and was assigned to Castle as a help desk analyst and soon thereafter promoted to lead analyst. After four years consulting to Castle, Mike was hired fulltime as a programmer analyst.

Current responsibilities:
"Right now, I’m fully engaged in our ERP implementation, responsible for data conversions and user interface. Beyond that, I’ve developed and am responsible for delivering several applications including a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. I’m also part of the Business Intelligence team, where I am involved with financial and operations reporting."

What I like most about my job:
"My job provides lots of challenges and opportunities to grow. There’s a saying, ‘The biggest room in the world is the room for improvement,’ and I believe that. Every day, I have the opportunity to make a difference and help move the company forward. I’m also blessed to be surrounded by leaders who are experts at what they do, and who have mentored and encouraged me throughout my time here."
