Providing a safe work environment is our
number one goal at Castle. We strive to provide a secure and healthy
atmosphere for employees, shareholders, customers, vendors, and visitors
alike. Castle’s goal is to provide every employee with a reliable,
confidential, and anonymous communication tool to report issues of concern
and/or violations of Castle’s company policies in a timely manner.
MySafeWorkplace® is an enhancement, not a
replacement, of our current policies and procedures. Castle encourages you
to continue to utilize normal Castle procedures and protocols if you feel
comfortable doing so. This may include, but is not limited to, discussing
the issue with your supervisor, department manager, or human resources
manager.
The good faith report of an incident or violation will not result in any
sort of adverse employment action, unless an investigation uncovers a
violation of policy on the reporting employee's part.

Every employee has free, unlimited access
to our third-party anonymous and confidential incident reporting system, MySafeWorkplace®. This beneficial service is available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week via a toll free number (800-461-9330), or the
internet (www.MySafeWorkplace.com).
MySafeWorkplace® should not be used in an
emergency situation. If you or others are in immediate danger, call 911 or
the emergency service in your area to receive immediate assistance.
Upon submission of your report, you will be provided with a unique access
code and will be asked to generate a personal password. It is very
important that you document these pass codes, as you will use them to follow
up on your report. You can call MySafeWorkplace®
(800-461-9330) or log in to www.MySafeWorkplace.com to
check the status of your report. Once the unique access code and password
are entered, you may continue anonymous dialogue with Castle through the “Talk
to Your Organization ” message board.
