How should I apply for a position at Castle?
You may view and apply for any of the open positions in the "Job Search" section of our Career Center. After you identify a job, you will be invited to create a profile and to submit a resume for that position. You may also complete an application form should you choose to do so.
What happens after I submit my resume?
You will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your resume. Our HR Business Partners will contact you if your skills, experience, and qualifications meet the requirements of the position.
May I submit a resume if I wish to be considered for future openings?
You may submit a resume for any job opening listed on our website. If no job openings match your background and career interests, you may create a search agent with specific job criteria. The search agent will send an e-mail to you each time a new opening matches your criteria.
How long will my resume remain active in the database?
Your resume remains in our database for an indefinite period of time. However, you may want to check our website periodically (or create a search agent) for new opportunities and submit an updated resume for any positions of interest.
