Operations Manager
I joined Castle early on in my professional carrier, as a Receiving Clerk in the Cleveland facility. Starting out with a focus in operations was really helpful as I grew in my role, particularly in implementing Oracle and later in my Corporate and Continuous Improvement functions. To this day I draw from experiences gained in positions I held years ago, allowing me to more effectively lead my team and drive bigger picture decisions. Having access to experienced and results-driven mentors throughout my time at Castle has helped shape who I am today. My proudest achievement thus far has been seeing the success of our Janesville team. We started out with nothing but a cornfield and 75 new employees from various backgrounds and we've become a fully functional and high performing Castle branch in a relatively short period of time. Being part of this branch startup and accomplishing the mission set out for us have been very gratifying; I'm so proud of the success the Janesville team has been able to achieve.
